We are open from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, seven days a week. During festive seasons, we may extend our hours to accommodate increased demand.

Currently, we offer delivery through Swiggy. For other orders, we provide self-pickup service. You can place your order online and collect it from our shop at your convenience.

For bulk orders, please visit our "Bulk Order" page or contact us directly. We recommend placing bulk orders at least 24-48 hours in advance to ensure availability and proper preparation.

We accept cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and online payments on store. For bulk orders, we also accept bank transfers.

Most of our sweets are best consumed within 2-3 days of purchase. We recommend storing them in a cool, dry place. Some items may have specific storage instructions which will be mentioned on the packaging.

Yes, we offer custom packaging for special occasions like weddings, festivals, and corporate events. Please contact us in advance to discuss your requirements and place your order.

For regular orders, you can cancel up to 6 hours before the pickup time. For bulk orders, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy.
